We are seeking a motivated, collaborative, and entrepreneurial Infectious Disease Physician to join our growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician seeking clinical autonomy, meaningful patient volume, leadership opportunities, and long-term career growth within an established independent practice.
The physician will provide comprehensive infectious disease care across Client's inpatient and outpatient practices while serving an integral role in supporting patients receiving infusion therapy throughout our Lakewood and Broomfield infusion center regions.
Working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, pharmacists, and administrative leadership, the successful candidate will help ensure coordinated, high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple clinical settings.

Job Responsibilities
Clinical Care:
Provide comprehensive infectious disease consultation and ongoing patient management in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and monitor patients requiring infectious disease management and infusion therapy.
Coordinate care for patients receiving outpatient antimicrobial therapy and other infusion services.
Infusion Center Support:
Provide physician oversight for patients receiving care through Client's Lakewood and Broomfield infusion centers.
Collaborate with nursing and pharmacy teams to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
Serve as a clinical resource for physician-level questions, care coordination, and timely treatment decisions.
Support continuity of care between infusion centers, hospitals, and outpatient clinics.
Quality & Collaboration:
Partner with physicians, nursing, pharmacy, clinical operations, and administrative leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
Maintain documentation and communication standards that support consistent clinical workflows.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives focused on patient outcomes, infusion services, access to care, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Infectious Disease.
Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Colorado.
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
Interest in practicing within an independent, physician-led organization.
Ability to provide care across multiple clinical locations within the Denver metropolitan area.
