- Full-time, permanent position
- Specialty: Infectious Disease
- Practice setting: Outpatient
- Collaborative care model with a multidisciplinary team
- Manage a wide range of infectious conditions including HIV, sepsis, and hospital-acquired infections
- Participate in infection prevention and antimicrobial stewardship programs
- On-call responsibilities as required (shared schedule)

Job Responsibilities
• Manage complex infectious disease cases including chronic and resistant infections
• Provide consultations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Develop infection prevention and control strategies
• Educate patients on disease prevention and management
Qualifications
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Infectious Disease
Completed Internal Medicine residency + Infectious Disease fellowship
Active or eligible for Oregon medical license
DEA certification required
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
Working Hours
• 8 hours per day
• Standard schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Must be flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
Skills
Strong knowledge of antimicrobial therapies and stewardship principles
Ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Team-oriented mindset with collaboration across departments
EMR proficiency preferred
