Role Overview
Provide expert consultation and treatment for complex infectious diseases, while supporting hospital-wide infection prevention and antimicrobial stewardship efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat bacterial, viral, fungal, and parasitic infections
- Provide inpatient consultation for complex cases
- Support infection prevention and control programs
- Guide antimicrobial stewardship initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified/Eligible in Infectious Disease
- Eligible for or active Ohio medical license
