Job Responsibilities
• Develop treatment plans and oversee antimicrobial therapies
• Provide consultation on infection control and prevention strategies
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
• Active Oregon Medical License (or ability to obtain)
• DEA registration and current CPR certification
• Experience in outpatient infectious disease or specialty care preferred
