We’re seeking a Board-Certified Infectious Disease Physician to join our team in a telehealth-based, 1099 independent contractor role, compensated on a per-visit basis ($130 per visit).

Position Overview
As a Telehealth Infectious Disease Physician, you will provide expert virtual consultations for patients with acute and chronic infectious disease conditions. You’ll collaborate closely with Hoskinson’s on-site and virtual clinical teams to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care—all from a remote setting.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
-
Conduct telehealth consultations for a wide range of infectious disease conditions
-
Perform comprehensive virtual evaluations, including medical history, diagnostics, and treatment planning

Develop and communicate evidence-based care plans, including medication management and follow-up recommendations

Coordinate care with primary care providers, specialists, and clinical staff to ensure continuity

Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the EHR

Adhere to all federal, state, and telehealth regulations, including Wyoming licensure requirements
-
Maintain high clinical quality standards and participate in quality improvement initiatives as needed

Provide patient education with clarity, compassion, and professionalism
Education, Certifications & Licensure
-
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
-
Completion of an accredited Infectious Disease fellowship
-
Board Certification in Infectious Disease (ABIM or AOBIM)

Active, unrestricted Wyoming medical license or eligibility to obtain

Active DEA registration (or eligibility)

Current BLS certification

Strong clinical expertise in infectious disease diagnosis and management
