This healthcare system operates a brand-new hospital (opened July 2023) with two connected facilities - a 350-bed Level I Trauma Center and a 150-bed medical center, conveniently linked by a skywalk system. The facility utilizes Epic EMR with DAX Co-Pilot for streamlined documentation and offers comprehensive care to a regional service area of 460,000 people.

Job Details:
• Work in a collaborative team environment alongside 2 experienced physicians, a dedicated nurse practitioner, and 2 skilled RNs • Enjoy a manageable 1:3 weekday call schedule (8 AM-5 PM) with no weekend call • Experience diverse clinical rotation including inpatient consultation service, outpatient clinic, and hybrid schedules • Participate in an established telemedicine program providing consultations for affiliated hospitals and clinics across Northern Minnesota and Wisconsin • Opportunity to mentor family practice residents during infectious disease rotations and inpatient consultations • Pursue clinical research opportunities to advance your career • Conduct rounds efficiently with no driving required between facilities • Access to cutting-edge medical technology and systems • Serve a community of 86,000 with a regional service area of 460,000
