Seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Infectious Disease Physician to join its established team in Williamsburg, Virginia. The position is based at a 145-bed hospital, offering a supportive, collaborative environment within a nationally recognized health system.
#### Practice Overview:
Full-time, hospital-based position
Schedule: 4 days hospital rounding + ½ day clinic + ½ day administrative time
Call: 1:6 rotation
Collaborative practice model with strong team support
Fully integrated Epic EHR

#### Candidate Requirements:
MD/DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Infectious Disease
Eligible for Virginia medical license
Strong interest in both inpatient and outpatient infectious disease care
Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care

#### Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary $260,000 + $25,000 annual quality performance incentive
