BE/BC Infectious Disease Opportunity - Parkersburg, WV
Seeking a board-eligible/board-certified infectious disease physician to join a dynamic medical team in Parkersburg, WV. Your medical expertise will make a meaningful impact on the well-being of a diverse patient community.
Position Details
- 4-day clinic schedule rotating biweekly
- 7 on / 7 off inpatient schedule
- APP support available
- Areas of expertise/focus include:
- Health care epidemiology
- Musculoskeletal infections
- HIV/AIDS, hepatitis B and C
- Antimicrobial stewardship
- Transplant ID
- OPAT and COpAT
- Clinical responsibilities will include a mix of inpatient and outpatient infectious disease care
- Schedule subject to change based on need
Requirements
MD or DO degree
Will need to obtain a WV state medical license and DEA registration upon hire
Board-eligible/board-certified in Infectious Diseases
Completion of an Internal Medicine Residency Program and Infectious Diseases Fellowship Program
