- Primarily inpatient-focused role with a flexible schedule:
- Work 4 days a week in the hospital
- ½ day per week in the outpatient clinic
- Reasonable patient load: 15–20 hospital patients per day
- Assigned to only 1–2 hospitals out of the 14 the group covers
- Shared call schedule: 1 in 4 weekends
- Majority of your time will be dedicated to inpatient care
