We have a unique opportunity for Hospitalists to earn extra compensation working some weekends at a 400-bed state-of-the-art hospital in the heart of Birmingham, Alabama.

Opportunity

  • Hospitalist PRNs will cover at least one weekend per month with the option to do more.
  • Must be comfortable managing vent patients with tele-pulmonary consults & handing off to weekday Hospitalist
  • The schedule includes Friday night call starting at 5 p.m., Saturday rounding and call, and Sunday rounding and call.
  • BC/BC in Internal Medicine preferred, willing to look at BC/BE Family Medicine docs with previous Hospitalist experience or fellowship.
  • MGMA base compensation, including a full benefits package.
