Optimum is working with a client who is seeking a full-time Hospitalist for night coverage at their facility located 1.5 hours north of Birmingham, AL. If you do not currently have an AL license but are interested, please contact us and we can facilitate this process for you.
About the Opportunity:
• 7on/7off schedule, 6p-6a, no call
• No procedures but will round on ICU
o Intensivist on on-site
• Patient encounters per shift: 14-20 & 5-11 admits
• Base salary: $300k + RVUs
o quality/productivity & tenure bonuses
o Mid-level supervision compensation
o sign-on bonus + relocation
• BC/BE, ABIM and/or ABFM with hospitalist experience
