  • Lead this team of 6 providers at St. Elizabeth’s Community Medical Center
  • ‘A’ rating for patient safety from Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grades in 2018

  • You will have a dedicated physician-led team providing professional education focused on your individual development and growth, a staffing coordinator and a regional operations team to help manage performance
  • Board certification in internal medicine or family medicine required
  • Prior chief hospitalist experience preferred or 3+ years hospitalist experience with career aspirations to lead a team

Located in picturesque Tehama County, Red Bluff is located midway between Sacramento and the Oregon border on Interstate 5. It boasts a population of about 14,000 and sits on the bank of the Sacramento River. Red Bluff not only serves as a gateway to Lassen Volcanic National Park but also enjoys a Mediterranean climate with cool, wet winters and hot, dry summers. The area is known for its agriculture, quaint downtown, western events such as the famous Red Bluff Round-Up, and close proximity to practically unlimited outdoor recreation opportunities.
