HOSPITALIST
PRACTICE
*Hospital Employed position
*7 on 7 off, 12 hour day shifts (7 am to 7 pm)
*Day work only - Have nocturnists
*Work 25 Weeks on have 27 weeks off
*Group of 30 Hospitalists
*12 Hospitalists on each day plus 3 Nocturnists
*40 Bed ICU (no procedures unless you want to do them)
*Full Benefits
*EPIC EMR
*Work in a modern 600 bed hospital
*See 18-20 patients per day on average
*Lots of specialty support
*Full benefits including malpractice, one week paid vacation, health, etc.
*COMPENSATION
+$300K Salary
+$10K end of each calendar year automatic bonus
+wRVU production Bonus
+Quality Bonus
= $350K+ per year on average (range of $330K to $380K)
*Earn an additional $1,800 per day for each additional shift.
*If work 2 extra shifts per month earn an additional $50K / year
*If work 4 extra shifts per month earn an additional $100K / year
*$25,000 Sign-on and relocation
QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
*Must be BE/BC in Internal Medicine
*Qualifies for H sponsorship
