Prominent hospital in northern New Hersey is seeking a daytime Hospitalist to join their team. The position is hospital-employed at one facility with an emphasis on work/life balance and physician satisfaction. The hospital is licensed for 384 beds with an average daily census of 248. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a team oriented practice with the benefits and attractions of New York City.

Anticipated start date for hire is November 1st so the chosen candidate should begin onboarding by July/August. New graduates and experienced physicians are welcome to apply – (Unable to sponsor visa’s).

Practice Profile Day Shift – based on 12 hour shift; 8a – 8p:
• 15-18 patient encounters per shift including admissions
• No RRT CODES OR PROCEDURES
• NO CROSS COVERAGE
• 15-16 shifts per month
• Inpatient ONLY
• Open ICU with Intensivist’s managing Vents (opportunity to interact with IM Residents in the ICU)
• Non-Teaching Service for daytime Hospitalists
• EMR integrated (Allscripts)
