- Shifts: 7a-7p and 7p-7a
- Roles: Seeking day rounders and nocturnists
- No Call
- Beds covered: 25 (Open ICU)
- EMR: Paragon
- Staffing model: 36 MD/DO; 10 NP/PA
- Patient volume: ~20,100 annually; ~55 encounters/day; 5-6 admissions/night
- Backup/specialty support: Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, Cardiology, Infectious Disease, Surgery, Nephrology, TeleStroke, Urology, OB/GYN
- Education/Training: ACGME or AOA accredited FM or IM residency
- FM hospitalists: 1-year Hospitalist Fellowship or 100 inpatient encounters in the last 12 months
- Certifications: BC/BE IM or IM (ABIM, ABFM, or AOA), OH license or IMLC, DEA, ACLS, BLS
- FM hospitalists: 100 inpatient encounters in previous 12 months (or Hospitalist Fellowship)
- Immunizations: Flu, MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B (or immunity), TB screening within 12 months
- Credentialing: Privileging 90-120 days; orientation and EMR training; FBI and Ohio BCI background checks; 3 references (incl. 1 clinical); professional liability verification for previous 5 years
