Hospitalist Medical Director Opening in NY Located in Rome Syracuse 45m; Albany 1.5hrs Full-time; permanent Seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to lead an established Hospitalist Program in Rome, NY. A balanced blend of 50% clinical and 50% administrative responsibilities in a collaborative, patient-centered community hospital setting with teaching opportunities. Practice Highlights
- Monday through Friday schedule
- 50% clinical / 50% administrative split
- Lead and develop an established hospitalist team

- 140-bed nonprofit community hospital
- Physician recruitment, onboarding and mentorship responsibilities
- Quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Collaboration with hospital leadership and interdisciplinary teams Qualifications
- BE/BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Leadership experience preferred
- Eligible for New York medical licensure Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range $325,000–$350,000
