Hospitalist – Internal Medicine (MD/DO) | 7-on/7-off

Our client’s hospitalist group values teamwork and patient care. You’ll spend your time on inpatient medicine, without codes or procedures pulling you away.

What You’ll Enjoy

• A 7-days-on, 7-days-off block schedule, which gives you half the year to recharge
• A closed ICU, so critical care patients are managed by a dedicated intensivist team
• Support from both residents and nurse practitioners on your team
• Daytime 12-hour shifts
• A base salary of $280,000+
• A productivity incentive per patient!

What You’ll Bring

• Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine
• An MD or DO degree
• At least 1 year of experience as a hospitalist or in inpatient internal medicine (recent residency graduates with strong inpatient training are encouraged to reach out)
• An active New Jersey medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
• A collaborative, patient-first approach and comfort leading a care team
