Aya Healthcare is seeking BC Hospitalist physicians for full-time locum tenens coverage at Clovis Community Medical Center (Sound Physicians) in Clovis, CA, supporting a September 2026 program go-live. Clean files only.
• Acute care hospital with an average daily census of about 280 and approximately 40 admissions per 24 hours; 24-bed closed ICU
• Day, swing and night schedules (rounders, admitters, swing MDs and nocturnists); 12-hour shifts
• Hospitalists collaborate closely with consulting services and supervise APPs; frequent family meetings
• Admitting team completes admissions within an hour and responds to rapid responses
• Epic EMR; three campuses credentialed; September availability prioritized

Job Responsibilities
• Complete admissions within one hour of notification and respond to rapid responses
• Manage step-down patients and coordinate care with specialty consult services
• Supervise APPs and lead family meetings and discussions on treatment plans
Qualifications
• 2 years of experience; Epic experience required
• Active California license required; clean file with no malpractice or background history
• ACLS required
• Willing to work day, swing or night shifts
