Job description
Seeking a Hospital-at-Home Physician to join a collaborative academic medical team northwest of Boston, Massachusetts.
Position Highlights:
- Deliver inpatient-level medical care to patients at home through a virtual command center.
- Work with physicians, NPs and RNs using connected equipment and coordinated home services.
- Patients have access to infusion, pharmacy support, imaging, laboratory testing, oxygen and other equipment.
- Collaborate with primary care clinicians and specialists to support continuity and reduce avoidable hospital use.
- Internal medicine, family medicine or geriatrics board certification or eligibility is required; hospitalist or skilled-nursing experience is helpful.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Part-time annual base salary range: $120,000–$154,000.
- Comprehensive benefits package.
- Performance incentives may be available based on role eligibility, productivity and quality.
