Aya Healthcare is seeking a Hospitalist for a locum tenens opportunity at Community Behavioral Health Center (Sound Physicians), a psychiatric facility in Fresno, CA, supporting a September 2026 go-live. Clean files only.
- Psychiatric facility with medical coverage by hospitalists
- Physician leads codes and rapid responses; supervises APPs
- Schedule and shifts to be determined; 12-hour shifts
- Epic EMR; program covers 3 campuses
Job Responsibilities
• Lead codes and rapid responses; supervise APPs (APPs work 7a-7p)
• Schedule and shifts to be determined; neighboring facilities staff day, swing and night shifts
Qualifications
• Active California license
• ACLS required
• Minimum 2 years of experience; Epic experience required
• Clean file (no malpractice or unclean background history)
