## Hospitalist | Savannah, GA Coastal Georgia — Historic City & Tybee Island ## Position Details * Full-time, permanent position * Schedule: 7 on/7 off — days * 7 on/7 off block schedule * Setting: Inpatient — closed ICU; physician will work at one of two sister hospitals * Patient census: 18–25 patients with physician extenders * Limited procedures available if desired * Practicing physicians only — current residents not considered at this time ## Practice Overview Seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Hospitalist to join a large, collaborative hospitalist program across two sister hospitals in coastal Georgia: * 7 on/7 off daytime schedule * Patient census of 18–25 with physician extender support * Closed ICU * Limited procedures available if desired * 20+ physicians throughout the two hospital system — physician works at one hospital only ## Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary plus RVU-based bonus * Possible moving allowance or sign-on bonus * 401(k) * Paid malpractice * CME allowance * Health and retirement benefits ## Required Qualifications * MD or DO — Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine * Practicing physician — current residents not considered at this time * Georgia medical license or willingness to obtain ## About the Community – Savannah, Georgia * One of the South's most beloved and beautiful cities — stunning antebellum architecture and live oak-lined squares draped in Spanish moss * Vibrant arts, dining, and cultural scene including the Savannah College of Art and Design * Rich colonial and Civil War history throughout the historic riverfront and downtown squares * Easy access to Tybee Island and nearby Hilton Head Island beaches * Outdoor music festivals, running and cycling events, and abundant waterway boating * Warm coastal climate with mild winters and beautiful summers * Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport offering convenient regional and national connections
