Job Details:
- Seeking a Board Certified Hospitalist to provide coverage for a healthcare facility in New York
- Coverage Requirement: 7 on/7 off
- EMR: Meditech Expanse
Facility Details
- 75 hospital beds with affiliated nursing home
- Open ICU with pulmonary support
- 7 on 7 off scheduling model
- Day Coverage: 1 Physician and 1 NP PA
- Night Coverage: 1 NP PA with telemedicine backup
- Collaborative physician and advanced practice provider coverage model
- Specific Facility Procedures: ICU management experience required, ventilator management required, procedural competency required
- Hospital Medicine physicians respond to Codes and Rapid Response Teams
- Open ICU environment with pulmonary support available
- Community focused facility with affiliated nursing home services
- Established 7 on 7 off schedule supporting work life balance
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Practice - REQUIRED
- NY Active license and DEA with NY Address - REQUIRED
- ACLS AHA; PALS, ATLS - REQUIRED
