A large, established health system in Springfield, Missouri is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician to join its Nocturnist team. The incoming physician will practice inpatient medicine at a 708-bed Level I Trauma Center and join a collaborative Hospital Medicine team of more than 60 physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. This opportunity offers flexible block scheduling, competitive compensation, and the resources of a comprehensive regional health system serving nearly one million people throughout Southwest Missouri.

100% inpatient Hospital Medicine
Practice at a 708-bed Level I Trauma Center

Qualifications
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
Current or eligible Missouri medical license
Comfortable managing hospitalized adult patients
Strong clinical decision-making skills
Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity hospital environment
Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered inpatient care
