Hospitalist Locums Physician Needed | Woodstock, Virginia
Hospitalist Coverage | Ongoing Assignment
WPA Medicine Staff ing is seeking BCFamily Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians for hospitalist coverage at two acute care hospitals in Virginia. This opportunity offers both day-rounder and nocturnist positions, with a minimum commitment of 10 shifts per month.
Assignment Highlights
- 4 FTE total needed
- 1 Day Rounder + 1 Nocturnist at Hospital A
- 2 Day Rounders at Hospital B
- Minimum commitment: 10 shifts per month
- EMR: Epic
- No call
- No scribe coverage
- Both facilities are acute care hospitals
- No onsite specialty backup outside of the ICU
- Hospital A physicians must be comfortable working with Family Medicine residents
- Clean-file candidates may be eligible for expedited locum privileges
Requirements
- BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- ACLS and BLS
- Active Virginia medical license
- Virginia DEA
- Physicians must be comfortable working with Family Medicine residents
