Teaching opportunity
Join a private physician owned group of 19 Physicians including Internal Medicine, Family Practice and Psychiatry plus 13 APP’s in Private Practice. A growing medical group practice providing inpatient and outpatient services to patients in the suburbs of Chicago.
Group has privileges at 2 acute care Hospitals, 35 SNFs, 3 LTACHS, 3 Psychiatric hospitals and several Assisted Living Facilities.
Position Responsibility Outline:
- Hospitalist to cover the ICU – there are intensivists on staff
- 7 on 7 off or Monday - Friday
- Codes intubation and lines experience needed
- Community hospital affiliated with a large academic medical center
- Teaching options with Residents and Med Students
- EMR: Meditech
- Adding Day Hospitalists & Nocturnists
- Adding 1 Physician in 2026 and 3 in 2027
Compensation:
- Base salary 265k
- Sign on
- Competitive Benefits package including 3 weeks vacation, MP and health insurance, one week CME and Immigration application fees.
- Bonus incentive opportunity based on annual performance review.
