Duration: January 2027 - ongoing for 6+ months(credentialing 90 days)
Reason for coverage: short staffed. 2 FTE locum HOSP are needed for winter coverage (open to split schedule with multiple locums if needed)
Schedule: 7 on, 7 off rotating schedule
Shift: 7a-7p *12 hour guarantee
Call: N/A
Scope: Hospitalist – rounding, admissions, responding to codes (no procedures required)
EMR: Meditech expanse
Hospital: Not-for-profit, 255 beds, Open ICU
Group/support: 4-5 Hospitalists, Residents support, and 2 APP’s
Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified IM or FP, Active Virginia License
