Job Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible physician with hospitalist experience
• At least 1 year of recent inpatient, hospital medicine, or acute care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing complex adult inpatients
• Ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts in a collaborative care environment
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care
• Willingness to support continuity of care and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hospitalist coverage for adult inpatient care
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform admissions, daily rounds, and follow-up assessments as needed
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the care team
• Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests and imaging results
• Document patient encounters thoroughly and maintain high standards of clinical care
• Coordinate discharge planning and ensure safe transitions of care
