PEDIATRIC HOSPITALIST

7-On/7-Off Schedule | Partnership Track | Live in St. Louis or Southern Illinois

Private Practice is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join its established Pediatric Hospitalist team.

This is an outstanding opportunity to practice inpatient pediatrics and newborn care in a supportive environment while enjoying a highly desirable block schedule and a pathway to future practice ownership.

Opportunity Highlights

• 7-on/7-off schedule

• No outpatient clinic responsibilities

• Level II Nursery with 1,000+ annual deliveries

• Average daily newborn census of approximately 7-8 patients

• Weekday NP rounding support

• EPIC EMR

• Onsite Emergency Department and anesthesia support

• Access to St. Louis pediatric specialty and telemedicine resources

• Higher-acuity newborns transferred to tertiary care centers in St. Louis

• Optional moonlighting opportunities for additional income

• Partnership eligibility after three years
