A highly regarded physician-owned group in Lansing, MI is seeking a full-time/employed Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Physician to join them as a Nocturnist working a 7 on/off schedule.
-Friendly and Collegial Midsized Private, Physician-owned practice
-Cover a 240 Bed Tertiary Hospital
-5p-7a, Friday-Thursday, 7 on/off schedule
-Handle Admissions and Cross Coverage
-5-10 admissions per night, with assistance from residents
-Residents also cover two floors on nights
-Closed ICU/No Procedures
-Codes/Rapid response required
-Cerner EMR System
Compensation and Benefits:
-$395,000 Annual Salary
-$20K sign-on bonus
-$7500 Moving allowance
-$3K CME and 1 week off
-Health, Dental, Vision, and Medical Malpractice Insurance provided
-401K/Retirement Options
-PTO-20 days, plus 6 PTO—31 days off total
Qualifications
-Residency Completed in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
-Hospitalist Experience
-MI license or Ability to Obtain
-DEA
-BLS/ACLS Certification
