Our physician-led hospital medicine group is seeking a full-time Nocturnist to join a growing hospital medicine program. This is an excellent opportunity for a night-oriented physician to enjoy a predictable schedule, strong compensation, and a collaborative, well-supported clinical environment.

Position Highlights

• Full-time Nocturnist (Night Hospitalist) position

• 7 days on / 7 days off schedule

• 12-hour night shifts

• $2,200 per shift, with typical annual earnings of $400,000+

• Predictable block scheduling designed to protect true time off

• Supported by APP coverage for swing shift and overnight staffing

• Collaborative ICU and rapid response / code blue team support

• Program backed by an established, physician-led medical group

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Active state medical license or eligibility for licensure

• Comfortable managing a broad inpatient census independently overnight

• Strong communicator who works well with nursing, APPs, and consulting services

Compensation & Benefits

• Per-shift compensation model: $2,200/shift

• Target annual compensation of $400,000+ on a 7-on/7-off schedule
