Hospitalist Physician | Stayton, OR Practice Overview * Full-time Hospitalist opportunity serving a close-knit community in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. * Approximately 14 shifts per month. * Open 4-bed ICU with Pulmonology and virtual ICU support. * Day census: approximately 12–20 patients, split between physician and independent APP coverage. * Night volume averages 2–4 admissions. * Procedures are preferred but not required, with CRNA, Surgery, and Emergency Medicine support available. * Strong on-site specialty support including: * General Cardiology * Pulmonary/Critical Care * OB/GYN * Orthopedic Surgery * General Surgery * Podiatry * Collaborative physician-led environment emphasizing clinical autonomy and patient-centered care. * EPIC EMR.
