Job description
We are seeking a Hospitalist for a locum tenens position in Anchorage, Alaska. This is an adult inpatient hospitalist opportunity at an acute care hospital with day and night shift coverage available. Please see below for more information.
- Acute care hospital
- Epic EMR
Job Responsibilities
Manage an average of 18-22 patient encounters per provider daily
Support an overall inpatient census of 90-95 patients
Practice in a closed ICU model with intensivist coverage available
No hospitalist procedures required
Qualifications
Active Alaska medical license required
Working Hours
Day shift: 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Night shift: 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
Providers must be flexible to work days, nights, and weekends
Providers should be willing to work 7 consecutive shifts
