Job description
We are seeking a Hospitalist for a locum tenens position in Clovis, California. This is an acute care hospital opportunity with day, swing, and night coverage available and strong consulting specialty support. Please see below for more information.
- Epic EMR
Job Responsibilities
• Manage step-down and medically complex patients
• Provide cross-coverage on the night service
• Collaborate closely with consulting specialty services
• Supervise advanced practice providers
• Conduct frequent family meetings and care communication
• Complete admissions within the admitting team's one-hour standard
• Work alongside a closed 24-bed ICU that accepts intubated patients
Qualifications
• Active California medical license
• Epic EMR experience
• ACLS
Working Hours
Day rounder and day admitter shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Swing shifts, 1:00 PM – 1:00 AM and 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
