OB Hospitalist | $400K Base + $150K Incentive | Help Build a Program
We're partnering with a respected physician-led health system in Des Moines, Iowa to recruit a team OB Hospitalists for a brand-new employed program.
- Opportunity Highlights$400,000 guaranteed base salary
- $150,000 recruitment incentive
- 84 annual 24-hour shifts (approximately 7 shifts/month)
- No outpatient clinic
- No traditional call

Practice
- Join a collaborative Women's Health team at a busy regional referral center featuring:Approximately 3,000 annual deliveries
