OB Hospitalist | Base + $150K Incentive | Help Build a Program
We're partnering with a respected physician-led health system in Major Metro Iowa – International Airport minutes away
No traffic, low cost of living if you relocate, ability to travel in, flexible schedule, and more.
Opportunity Highlights
- $400,000+ guaranteed base salary
- $150,000+ recruitment incentive
- 84 annual 24-hour shifts (approximately 7 shifts/month) – Though very flexible on schedule
- No outpatient clinic
- No traditional call
- Leadership opportunity available
- Ability to work with Primary Care Residents
Practice
Join a collaborative Women's Health team at a busy regional referral center featuring:
- Approximately 3,000 annual deliveries system wide
- Level II Trauma Center
- Level III NICU
- Dedicated OB Emergency Department
- Maternal-Fetal Medicine support
