7 On / 7 Off | Total Compensation $310K–$350K+
Holyoke Medical Center is seeking a Day Hospitalist to join our established Hospital Medicine team in Western Massachusetts.
This is an excellent opportunity for a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician looking for a stable, physician-friendly schedule, strong compensation, and a supportive community hospital environment.
Position Highlights:
7 on / 7 off block schedule
175 clinical shifts per year
Average census: 16-18 patients per day
Closed ICU
Supportive ED/ICU backup
Total compensation: $310,000–$360,000 based on experience
Includes $30,000 quality metric bonus potential
