Full time
A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Hospitalist to join a collaborative inpatient team in North Dakota. This opportunity offers a manageable patient census, strong nursing partnerships, flexible scheduling, and the ability to practice in a community-focused environment while maintaining an excellent work/life balance.
Position Highlights
• Hospitalist opportunity within a 25-bed community hospital
• Average daily census of approximately 10 patients
• 7-on / 7-off block schedule
• Daily rounding begins at 7:00 AM
• Integrated multidisciplinary rounding with nursing staff each morning to enhance care coordination and patient outcomes
• Collaborative relationship with nursing staff throughout the day and during call coverage
• Opportunity to assist with admission screening in partnership with Emergency Medicine physicians
• Strong referral support from an established primary care network
• Flexible scheduling designed to support work/life balance
• Opportunity to teach medical students through an affiliated medical school program

Qualifications
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
