Overview:
* Seven-on, seven-off schedule
* Physician rotation model
* In-house floor management and admissions
* Manage inpatient admissions, daily rounds, and discharges
* Provide emergency department consultations
* Coordinate care with primary care physicians and specialists
* Stabilize patients requiring transfer to intensive care
* Participate in rapid response and resuscitation events when needed
* Collaborative physician-led practice environment
