• This was a Freestanding Emergency Department that is transitioning into a growing community hospital

• Daily Encounters: 1

• Staffing Model:
  • 12 hours of in-person Physician coverage
  • 12 hours of night APP coverage with 12 hours of Telemedicine Physician support
• 1 Physician in-house, 1 Physician Telemedicine/1 APP provider Hospitalist team
• APP will act as a dedicated night provider

Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay of $150/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock. Estimated 1099 base pay of $175/hour.
