Practice Details
* Expanding Hospitalist team
* 7 on / 7 off daytime schedule (182 shifts annually)
* Opportunity to work with medical students and residents
* Integrated care model with strong multidisciplinary collaboration
Clinical Responsibilities
* Provide inpatient medical care to hospitalized patients
* Manage admissions, daily rounding, and discharges
* Coordinate care with specialists and care teams
* Ensure continuity of care and smooth transitions
* Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
* Support teaching and mentorship (optional)
Practice Environment
* Physician-owned and physician-governed organization

Qualifications
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
