* Physician-led hospitalist program with strong team collaboration
* 158 annual shift requirement (~13.2 shifts/month)
* 12-hour shifts with mix of days and nights
* Tele-intensivist support available for ICU patients
* Daily APP coverage for additional support
* Practice within a critical access hospital setting
