Practice Highlights
* Practice autonomously at an 8-bed community hospital located approximately 15 minutes from Fayetteville
* Stable Hospitalist program established for more than 20 years
* Strong physician retention and collaborative culture
* Dedicated telemedicine Nocturnist coverage

* Intensivists
* Neurology
* Pediatrics
* Geriatrics
* Efficient patient transfer process throughout the health system
* 7 on / 7 off block schedule:
* Approximately 180 shifts annually
Clinical Responsibilities
* Provide inpatient Hospitalist care in a community hospital setting
* Manage admissions, rounding, and coordination of care
* Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists
* Coordinate transfers for higher-acuity patients when appropriate
* Deliver high-quality, patient-centered inpatient care

Qualifications
* Completion of accredited Internal Medicine residency program
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
* Two years of Hospitalist experience preferred
* Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in North Carolina
* NC DEA and ACLS certification required
* Clean professional background required
