The Opportunity

As a key member of the hospitalist team, you will provide critical support to the women’s health department in a facility renowned for its clinical technology and community connection.

• Clinical Responsibilities: Manage OB triage and admissions, attend deliveries, provide inpatient care, and cover private call/unassigned patients.

• Emergency & Surgical Support: Provide ER consults for GYN emergencies, assist in Cesarean sections, and lead emergency responses in Labor and Delivery.

Compensation

• Standard Hourly Rate: Competitive pay starting at $175 - $220 per hour.

• Holiday Pay: 1.25x the standard rate.

• Orientation: 50% of the standard rate.

Candidate Requirements

Due to the urgent nature of this need, candidates must meet the following strict criteria:

• Board Certification: Must be Board Certified in OB/GYN (BE not accepted).

• Licensure: Active Texas State Medical License is required (IMLC not accepted for this specific opening).

• Experience: Minimum 1-year post-residency clinical experience, including active OB/GYN clinical work within the past 12 months.

• Background: Must have a clean background and malpractice history (no exceptions).

• CV Standards: CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained; home address, phone, and email must be listed on the first page.

• Required Documentation: Must provide a Self-Query NPDB pulled within the last 30 days and a completed prescreen questionnaire at the time of submission.
