CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi–Shoreline is seeking Hospitalist and Nocturnist physicians to provide inpatient coverage at its acute care facility. This opportunity offers a well-supported team structure, balanced patient volumes, and a collaborative clinical environment.

🏥 Facility Coverage Model

• Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM):
  • 11 Physicians
  • 2 NPPAs
• Swing Shift (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM):
  • 1 NPPA
• Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM):
  • 1 Physician
  • 2 NPPAs

⏱️ Schedule & Hours

• Coverage Hours: 120 hours
• Shift Types: Hospitalist (Day) and Nocturnist (Night)

📊 Clinical Volume

• Average Patient Volume per Provider:
  • Approximately 20–23 patients

🎓 Education & Training Requirements

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in:
  • Family Medicine (FM) or
  • Internal Medicine (IM)

🧠 Clinical Experience Requirements

• Providers must demonstrate recent, active clinical experience
• Case logs from the past two (2) years are required for review
• No new graduates
