An academically affiliated acute care community hospital in Southwest Connecticut has an opening for a Hospice and Palliative Care Physician to join its reputable team of providers.
About the Opportunity:
- A palliative care provider who can also do Hospitalist work
- Provide clinical services as well as teaching faculty for Internal Medicine and Preventive Medicine residency programs at the hospital.
- Provide patient-centered healthcare as part of the Planetree Model
- 160-bed acute care community hospital serving more than 160,000 residents
