Facility:
This medical center is a comprehensive healthcare facility that serves the Walla Walla Valley community with advanced medical services. The facility features a Level 3 trauma center with an open ICU and maintains 24-hour availability for essential support services including anesthesia, general surgery, laboratory, radiology, and catheterization lab capabilities.
Opportunity:
Physician - Hospitalist
Job Details:
• Provide hospitalist coverage for day shifts, Tuesday to Tuesday (7am-7pm)
• Coverage needed for 1-2 weeks per month with ongoing scheduling flexibility
• Handle 10-15 patient encounters per shift
• Must have ICU privileges and ongoing ventilator management experience
• Required to provide documentation of 15+ vent management case logs within past 24 months
• Case logs must be uploaded with CV at time of presentation with dates and locations clearly highlighted
• Provide adult inpatient care including ICU management
• Perform non-invasive ventilation management and acute/chronic ventilation management
• EKG interpretation skills required
• Arterial line placement and cardiac stress test capabilities preferred
• Must be board certified with ACLS certification required
• Washington state medical license or IMLC required
• Credentialing timeframe 60-90 days
• Start date beginning of May 2026, depending on completed credentialing
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
