Documentation of 15+ vent management case logs with the past 24 months. Reports should clearly highlighted the vent management procedures with dates and locations for each procedure.'
This facility has an open ICU; providers will be required to have privileges for ongoing vent management – must have case logs to reflect 15 cases in the past 24 months to obtain these privileges. **Evidence of these case logs needs to be included with the presentation, we will not clear any providers without the relevant case logs attached.** Looking for Hospitalist coverage- 2 providers for day shifts, Tuesday to Tuesday (7am-7pm), needing coverage for 1-2 weeks a month. Starting Mid-April/Beginning of May, depending on completed credentialing file.
