About the Opportunity

A well-established hospital system in Great Falls, Montana is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospitalist / Nocturnist to join its growing inpatient team.

This is a full-time opportunity offering a balanced block schedule, strong compensation aligned with the regional market, and a supportive clinical environment.

Position Highlights

  • Full-time inpatient hospitalist position
  • Flexible block scheduling (7 on / 7 off or similar structure)

  • Manageable daily census

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary aligned with Montana market rates
(Estimated total compensation range: $280,000 – $350,000+ depending on shift structure and experience)

  • Ensure quality, safety, and patient-centered outcomes

No outpatient responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Eligible for Montana medical licensure
  • Strong clinical decision-making and teamwork skills
