About the Opportunity
A well-established hospital system in Great Falls, Montana is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospitalist / Nocturnist to join its growing inpatient team.
This is a full-time opportunity offering a balanced block schedule, strong compensation aligned with the regional market, and a supportive clinical environment.

Position Highlights
- Full-time inpatient hospitalist position
- Flexible block scheduling (7 on / 7 off or similar structure)
- Day and nocturnist options available
- Established inpatient team with collaborative support
- Dedicated support staff and efficient EMR system
- Manageable daily census
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary aligned with Montana market rates
(Estimated total compensation range: $280,000 – $350,000+ depending on shift structure and experience)

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care
- Admit, evaluate, and manage hospitalized patients
- Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure quality, safety, and patient-centered outcomes
No outpatient responsibilities.
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligible for Montana medical licensure
- Strong clinical decision-making and teamwork skills
