- End Date/Duration: Permanent position
- Shift: 12-hour shifts (Day/Night rotations)
- Hours/week: 36-40 hours
- Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid California medical license, NRP certification required
- Experience: Prior Pediatric hospitalist experience preferred, 2+ years recommended
- Pay package discussed upon application

- Provide comprehensive pediatric inpatient care in a hospital setting
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient treatment plans
- Manage acute and chronic pediatric cases with a focus on family-centered care
- Document patient progress and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
- Assist in patient and family education regarding treatment plans
- Participate in emergency response and code situations as needed
- Valid California medical license
- NRP certification required
- Minimum 2 years of pediatric hospitalist experience
- Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
