Hospitalist Opportunity – Inpatient Practice
Location: Midland, TX
Setting: Inpatient / Hospital-based
Employment Type: Employed
Schedule: Full-time, permanent position
Shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Position Highlights
* Join a cohesive hospitalist group of 15 physicians and 3 APPs
* Daytime schedule with shift preference always honored
* Open ICU
* Perform central lines and intubations in emergent cases
* 2+ years hospitalist experience preferred
* Modern hospital EMR system
* Serves a regional population of approximately 450,000
Qualifications
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
* Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Texas medical license
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary based on 182 shifts per year
* Additional 20% incentive bonus structure
