What You’ll Love about Living Here
- Great weather & natural scenery — over 300 days of sunshine, wide open skies, dramatic desert sunsets, mountains nearby for hiking, four seasons that are distinct but never oppressive.
- Lower cost of living than down the hill — homes on larger lots, more affordable real estate, with room and privacy you often can’t find in denser areas.
- Good schools, parks, trails & community amenities — local distinguished and private schools, plenty of parkland, recreation centers, trails, family-friendly neighborhoods.
- Friendly, safe, slower-paced life — the kind where commuting isn’t a nightmare, you’re not constantly stuck in traffic, and there’s still a strong sense of neighborliness.
- Proximity to Major Metro Areas - One of the biggest perks: you’re still close enough to major urban centers to enjoy what they offer when you want them. About 90-95 miles northeast of one of Los Angeles. That’s roughly a 1.5- to 2-hour drive depending on traffic
